"The resort grounds were impeccably kept and the location was great for local restaurants and bars. Staff were very friendly like most places in Bali and when asked went out of their way to accommodate requests.
Only negatives I had was there was virtually no service around the pool area if you wanted something to eat or drink and had to track someone down to get service. Also, the food was pretty average for breakfast/lunch. Our group decided not to try dinner at the resort because of this. Overall this resort is 3.5-4 stars at best having stayed at all the resorts north of the Bintang Bali having much better service and food."
"staff were really friendly and welcoming. Better for younger families I would say. Breakfast was fantastic. Nice selection of activities for young children. Only down side is this is a pretty noisy hotel in the evening. Often families coming back around late and we had a room next to us that was obviously a joining room for another family but they were very loud and it almost felt like they were in the same room. We really enjoyed our stay but it was a little noisy at night. If you want a peaceful relaxing evening and have older children I would recommend a villa stay instead."
"The renovation noise was utterly deafening, but it was communicated beforehand. We just didn’t expect it to be so loud and constant. It’s impossible to swim and lounge in the area with the renovation going on.
Anggi from reception made my stay. Thoroughly helpful, accomodating and solved all our problems."
"I absolutely loved this property! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and greeted us with a genuine smile. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable.
The property itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable, safe, and right at home throughout our entire stay.
I can’t wait to come back, and I will definitely be staying at this property again. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip so special!"
"We absolutely loved this property, with wonderful, spacious villas nestled amongst rice fields. The property was incredibly peaceful right outside the main part of Ubud. The service was excellent, and the hot air balloon ride was an unexpected treat."
