I travel a lot for work and rarely write reviews, but the staff at this property truly deserve appreciation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm welcome. The check-in process felt like a first-class experience. A special thank you to Sayani from the front office, who made me feel so comfortable after a long and exhausting day of meetings. I was extremely tired, but the way she planned my evening completely changed my day. I was able to relax, recharge, and return feeling full of energy again. She arranged a foot massage and a relaxing spa treatment for me, and it turned out to be one of the best spa experiences I’ve had. Preeti at the spa was also wonderful and made the experience even more special. The hospitality, care, and professionalism of the entire team were outstanding. Thank you to everyone at JW Marriott Kolkata for making my stay so memorable."
