"Although the studio was small, the view was incredible as was the owner Peter who was very kind and helped us arrange 2 trips. The location was great, with good walkability to all local amenities. Most of the time the neighbouring rooms were quiet and considerate. Would highly recommend for a few days in Airlie Beach."

Great value for money in an excellent location that was walkable to most attractions, and public transport was easy to use for those other locations. Building works were underway but had minimal impact on our stay. Would stay here again. "

"The beautiful vista, sunrise and sunset, the nearby Boardwalk, city lights, views and proximity to everything as well as the RSL that have great food at reasonable prices, next door. Beds were lovely and comfortable and quiet, once the doors to the patio were closed. It was a perfect accommodation for us. "

"It was all pretty good with a great cafe(s) and a supermarket right next to the hotel. There were some weird maintenance issues like the hot and cold water were reversed in my apartment but, overall, it was excellent. "

"Room was tired and in need of revamp, doors faulty and kitchen area cracks in walls and cupboards faulty, dishwasher not working properly. Location great opposite beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good kids park across the road. Quiet room. Parking underground was easy and spacious."

"Loved the facilities. Nice heated pool and spa. The walk to the beach was effortless, pathway all the way and a crossing. The restaurants walking distance too. Amazing quality food. The only thing I was confused about was that the 2 bedroom apartment advertisement stated it comes with shower or bath. I got an apartment with a shower, but that’s okay, just confusing. The beds were firm and got the best night sleep. Lovely block out shades. We recommend room 308 simply for the car park spot if you...

"This Apartment was well above what i thought it was, fantastic, would highly recommend to anyone, centrally located to Parramatta shops and ferry to the city, in fact all public transport. you will not be disappointed staying here."

Coffee machine not working, someone came to look at it and said someone else would need to come but didnt see anyone. Had late check out but cleaner still tried to come in earlier while we were still...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment had a wonderful view, and was spacious and clean. Though it could do with a few more cooking implements such as a frying for longer stays. All communications with Q1 staff were efficient and friendly. We really appreciated being given a visitor’s pass on the day we checked out so we could leave our car in the car park and continue to enjoy the facilities."
