"My recent stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing due to multiple unresolved issues that significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. Upon arrival, I was not informed that the elevator was out of service, which created an immediate inconvenience. Once in the room, I discovered that the television was not working, adding to the frustration. Throughout my stay, there were ongoing maintenance problems, including lights that constantly flickered or shut off unexpectedly. At one point, the power went out entirely, which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, the WiFi service was unreliable and frequently went down, making it difficult to stay connected. Beyond these issues, the overall condition of the room clearly showed a lack of proper maintenance. There was noticeable discoloration on the walls and areas where paint was missing, which made the space feel neglected and poorly maintained. Overall, the lack of communication at check-in combined with the numerous facility and room condition issues made for a very unsatisfactory experience. These problems should have been addressed in advance or clearly communicated to guests to set proper expectations."

"The hotel itself was actually very nice. Very clean, very bright, and well kept. Staff at the front desk the night we were there was excellent my only complaint, and the reason we left, was because we could not find a room where the TV worked. They had just had new TVs installed, and we were in two different rooms and neither time could we get the TV to work. The staff tried very diligently to help us, and then respectfully offered to refund our money so that we could stay somewhere else. "

"Rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. One of the two rooms had heating/ac issues and the other missing half of the blackout curtains missing. Light on amenities but overall acceptable "

"Well worth the price. I had wanted to stop for the night a little sooner but reviews for hotels and precious turnpike exit weren’t good. So glad I drove the extra 15 min to this hotel. "

"If you're looking for basic accommodations, you're at the right place. Small screen antiquated TV. Access to all rooms are an exterior exposed walkway. Individual heating units did not maintain a steady temperature. Likely was built in the early 1980s. The toilet and shower was claustrophobic. The sink was in the main room by the bathroom. "

"The staff was great. The location of the hotel was excellent, food, stores were minutes away. Also the breakfast was good. However the gym and the pool were connected, so there was no 24 hour gym. The hotel is older and needed some renovations."
