"Room was clean. Toilet bowl cover had to be moved in order to flush. There were abandoned cars and homeless people living in the parking lot. I had to leave my ID in exchange to use the iron and board - and I had to go get it and walk it back… super weird. The lobby was closed to guests, so just a walk up window from the parking lot. If staff is scared, makes me feel unsafe. The AC unit in the room was damaged, and the heater didn’t work - I was freezing. The phone was ripped out of the wall, so I couldn’t call the front desk. Also, they only provide a bar of soap - and I forgot shampoo. UGH "

"I always loved this place, due to it feeling like home. I enjoy it being close to my school down the blocks so I can go back and forth, and when my family comes with me to accommodate me in some important school matters. The front desk receptionists are so friendly and thoughtful and extra attentive. I love being at the 7th top where I can see everything so beautiful. Beautiful suites as well! "

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and incredibly quiet, breakfast offerings are extensive and excellent and coffee and tea service is available 24/7. I plan on staying there again in December."
