"My husband & I stayed here for a little weekend getaway and we absolutely LOVED The Laura! It’s conveniently located (it’s right by Pete’s Dueling Piano Bar— which we loved), all staff were very nice, it is immaculately kept, the hotel itself is beautiful, our room was huge + pretty & modern. Overall it was a wonderful & very enjoyable stay! Highly recommend😊 Only cons: One morning we decided to eat breakfast at the restaurant inside of the hotel— Hull & Oak. We ordered very basic biscuits & gravy w/ a side of roasted potatoes. It took almost an hour for our food to arrive to our table. The food was just okay. Definitely don’t go if you’re starving, if you want to check it out for yourself. And the other con is we did not have a fridge in our room.. huge bummer for us. We like to keep our drinks cold, leftovers in there, etc. So that was a let down. Anyways, thanks for a great place for us to stay while visiting!"

"I selected this property because it looked nice and it was close to MDAnderson. They offered shuttle service which was big in making the decision to stay here. I love this beatifully decorated, clean, boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and don't disappoint. Rooms stocked with an ESPRESSO machine - NOT a coffee machine. I dont like ESPRESSO so this was a bit disappointing not having coffee to drink IN ROOM. I didn't give it 5-stars because the hotel appears to be understaffed. All the staff seem to be working hard, but they need help......from the vallet team to the restaurant staff, to the housekeeping staff. Also, duriing my stay, shuttle service had constant issues and wasn't offering this service. Very disappointing. I dont' believe it's the fault of the staff, it's the lack of enough employees to get the job done and deliver a great service. Blossom Hotel almost got it right -- and I have no doubt that they will get it right in the future."

"It was very clean and there was always staff cleaning throughout the day/night. The breakfast was amazing and served by amazing host/waitresses. It was raining so we really didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool and lounge area, but I must say it looked just like the photos. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book here again."
