Ok, cool, I'm disabled and can't do stairs due to multiple spine surgeries. But we get into the room and it was only a queen. Also, the air wasn't on, not sure why she lied to me about that, but whatever. I paid for a king so I'm not sure why i was downgraded to a queen without even being told that we were being downgraded. We were so tired we just decided to deal with it and not fight the lady over the downgraded room and empty parking lot. Then we noticed a giant burn in the blanket. The bathroom was dirty and the tub hadn't been cleaned out in who knows how long. "
