"A short time after we arrived, there was a sporting team of Young adults in the building and they showered above us without putting the shower curtain in the shower and it leaked into our bathroom. The maintenance was there within a few minutes of my phone call. And we were moved to a new room within 10 to 15 minutes. It was amazing."
