Such a beautiful location, and close to most everything. It’s really nice having a grocery store across the street. Everyone I have had interactions with has been wonderful, they are friendly and very helpful. I visit Durango regularly and always stay here.

Historic Strater Hotel
2 nice places to listen to music and eat a reasonably priced meal. The steakhouse is excellent food, but quite pricey. For those that want that, it's fine.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Durango Downtown by IHG
I stayed here because of the attached restaurant/tavern. Was told it would open at 3pm. The told 4pm, and then told the staff didn't show up, they will not open.. 🙄

Adventure Inn Durango
Made a last minute booking on a road trip and the staff was very accommodating. Office was closed when we arrived, but contacted the number and staff provided us a key to our room and rest for the evening.
