"Our anniversary trip to this hotel was FABULOUS! Special thanks to Ciara, the Bartender. She was kind and gave excellent suggestions regarding different liquors and food tastings. Rashad, at the front desk, was funny and very friendly. Everyone that we encountered went out of their way to be helpful and the friendly and genuine smiles made us feel very comfortable and welcomed to the hotel. We have shared our experiences and the hotel’s website with friends and family. We will definitely be back . "

For check out say the elevators did not respond to call buttons Good price, nice room but the overall experience was terrible. Kasa / Mint House just dropped the ball on the simplest of things"

"Aside from the sink stopper in the bathroom being broken, we had no complaints. The staff is attentive and friendly. The evening "kickback" is appreciated so that we don't have to go out into traffic for dinner. We stay at this property regularly and are never disappointed."
