"The estate is well maintained and the location is good if you travel around Fife. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Although, the room was really outdated with old rug all over the floor and walls with desperate need of painting. Especially in the bathroom you couldn’t tell if the space was clean due to the flaky surface. Also WiFi didn’t reach our room. This place could be amazing with some minor investment. We would be happy to come back if a better maintain room would be offered to us. "

"Our room was amazing, full of character. Bed was super comfy slept very well. The rooms on the first floor for guests were wonderful our favourite being the library. All the staff were lovely. We ate in every night and the food was delicious very good portions. Would highly recommend a stay. "

"Fantastic 2nd honeymoon dinner in the Dungeon!!!! Took a great hike around the property the next day, with a visit to the falcon habitat. The Falcon caretaker was very friendly and knowledgeable. Having never seen a falcon up close, it was a real unexpected treat."

"Two live wasps were in the room. Owner offered a downgraded room that had toilet outside the room. We had paid for en suite so we refused his offer and he agreed to refund us the money we had paid. I’ve had to message the owner few times to take care of the refund but I haven’t had any update. I now have to deal with the hassle of reporting the matter to the platform to get my money back. This is a headache I could have done without so I could enjoy my holiday. "
