"Check in was easy you get a code sent for the front and room door, very well equipped with a small kitchen area with a fridge which when travelling with a dog was really useful for the food. Bed lovely and comfy with a small balcony area to sit out and as the weather was so good was perfect. Ample parking with a very short walk into Aviemore, plenty local shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants to choose from "

"I was traveling alone through the Cairngorms and chose to stay at The Speyside. What a great choice. I had a lovely suite with a generous living area and a comfortable bed. I arrived late after a long day of driving and was met with a smile and an offer of a late dinner - and what a great meal it was. A quick drink before and then a deliciously prepared meal with very friendly service. The morning was much the same - great breakfast and then off on my way. I'd stay here again any time and recommend it highly. PS... while you are in town, don't miss the terrific little town museum just up the street. It is worth an hour of your time for sure!"

"Julie and I had a great stay at the hotel. Unfortunately we had to take Alfie, Julie’s scruffy wee dog at the last minute. I spoke to someone at the hotel and they kindly moved us to their sister hotel next door that allows wee hairy animals. We certainly would return again. I might even consider inviting Alfie as he enjoyed his stay too 😊. "
