Lovely property with fabulous views. Facilities at the Sheraton were available at an extra charge but the outdoor pool was worth it - plenty of sunbeds and space. The only downside for the property was the WiFi, which kept dropping off.

This property is a great location, away from the crowded Old Town. When I booked, I didn’t know there were actually 2.5 bathrooms which was an awesome surprise as we were traveling with our two teenagers. The access to the beach was my favorite part of this hotel. It was amazing! Be sure to include breakfast in your stay - it was well worth it. The only feedback for improvement would be- the bathroom toiletries need to be brought up to hotel standards. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo was terrible. Also, the fees for a lounge chair/umbrella at the beach was high ($20 for the lounge and $10 for the umbrella). When you’re traveling with a family of 4, that is a lot to pay every day.

We had an amazing time in this property. Location is good on a nice beach front, view from the room was wonderful and services was perfect. Apartment size was adequate for a couple and it was always clean and tidy.

Fint boende (vi hade standard 2 sovrum) med eget badrum till varje sovrum. Bra läge med närhet till både stranden och affärer. Supertrevlig städerska som nästan alltid fanns tillgänglig, flexibel och hjälpsam!

Ours was an outstanding apartment in what looks like a new block in a beautiful gated private garden. Facilities were excellent with 2 full bathrooms and a separate toilet. It is serviced by the Sheraton Hotel with hotel luxury standard sheets and pillows a real bonus.

Excelente opción! Descubrimos este hotel (villa de apartamentos) por suerte, y fue uno de los mejores de nuestro viaje. Es estar alojado en el Sheraton, teniendo acceso a sus comodidades pagando mucho menos. Las habitaciones de la Villa son nuevas y todo está impecable. Recomiendo si está en sus posibilidades tomar la opción con desayuno, pues es muy rico, completo y variado. Tiene acceso directo a una playa muy agradable. Todo excelente.

Dubrovnik-Rivieras, Srebreno & Mlini is such a beautiful location, we cannot recommend a holiday here highly enough. Fairly quiet resort but some livelier bars on the front- still felt relaxed. The apartments are very highly maintained, looked brand new, fully equipped & absolutely spotless. Beds comfortable, 2 large bathrooms with double sinks, bath & good shower. Fresh towels, toiletries linen & housekeeping everyday. Wonderful little touch to leave my husband a cake on noticing it was his bday. The facilities, restaurants and all the staff at the Sheraton were incredible. Hotel has a Lovely pool/ beach area which is fully staffed to meet your every need. All just a few meters from the apartments. To note: if booking transfers use the Sheraton as a pick up/ drop off point. Plenty of sun-loungers and shades. Gym & indoor pool 24/7. We booked our excursions through hotel - Catamaran Sail to Lokrum island was fantastic. Use a Uber to get into Dubrovnik city walls- look up free tours. Certainly won’t be our last visit to beautiful Croatia 🇭🇷

Very modern apartments with a stunning sea view. Hotel was very accommodating and helpful with our requests. They pretty much did everything they could for us. We asked at time of booking for a sea view and upon arrival we found that we were set back a little in the apartment block with no direct sea view. ... we did ask if there was any chance of moving us as we wanted a sea view and upon manager approval we was granted an upgrade. The apartments were a short walk from the main hotel and we could make full use of their facilities which was great. Lovely spa! The apartments were very spacious, very clean and fully adequate for our requirements. Would highly recommend these apartments.

This place was a surprise in the best way. It’s a villa connected to the Sheraton and we were able to use all the facilities. Amazingly awesome!!

The villas are perfectly located in the Zupa Dubravka Riviera! Almost on the property of the Sheraton, yet independent. Most of the benefits but also a villa, which we appreciated. Downside was the size and configuration of the second bedroom! Disappointed that the 2 twin beds could not be combined to one King bed, as is usual. And the room was very very small for a couple. And only one full size bath meant two couples shared one shower room... That said, I would rent here again but with different configuration or circumstances.
