Although, you were not happy at all with the service I have provided to You upon your arrival. My name is indeed Oscar, and I am working here as The Front Desk Manager for The Wilder Townhouse, therefore, I would like to take the opportunity to clarify your review for your stay with Us: First of All, You made a reservation for a Shoebox Room, which it was allocated to You.Second of All, You arrived very early in the morning and You demanded to be Checked In straight away, even though, our normal Check In time is not until 03:00pm (15:00pm) and I, as Front Desk Manager, went out of my way to give you a Room that was clean and ready straight away.Third of All, I informed you there and then that this was the only Shoebox Room that was available at the moment and I gave You the option to leave your luggage at the Front Desk until another Shoebox Room would become available but you had just arrived from a redeye flight and I made your room available straight away and I even gave you the option of waiting for a different room for later since we were fully booked-up from the night before. I understand that you were tired and this is the reason I decided to give the only room available, which is a Shoebox room that you booked yourself through Expedia/Hotels.com.Fourth of All, the Evening/Night Shift was able to give you a complimentary upgrade to a Double Room due to the fact that we had received a No Show, and the Deputy General Manger was kind to You to offer you an upgrade. Everyone of the members of Staff went above and beyond to make your stay a very pleasant one, this is including myself but regardless of what we did for you was not good enough and You just shouted at every single member of Staff, and this is not how we treat our Staff here at The Wilder Townhouse. And if You say that I was nasty to You because I did my very best to look after you upon your early arrival then that is not appreciated from my behalf since You did not treat any of our member of Staff with any respect at all. I did not disrespect You and no member of Staff disrespected You and shouted at you as you did to them.However, I do appreciate the fact that you have taken the time to review your recent stay.Thank you very much, Samira!
