was warm enough for my daugheter to swim even though it wasn't very warm outside. The maintence person even cleaned the

towel :) We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the coffee was pretty good. Being able to walk right across the lot to IHOP was also a treat. Out only complaint was that on the second day, the hot water in the shower was luke warm at best."
