I ended up staying in the rooms built into a more modern building in the back garden. The room was grand, clean and fine but the issue is the building itself is poorly built and lacks sound insulation. I was woken one night around 2 in the morning by the people upstairs Snoring. The building lacks enough insulation to allow for a quiet nights sleep. I would most likely not stay there again.

Very good place and extremely helpful staff who would make your stay comfortable. Good for a business travel, but not so if it's leisure and with family. The rooms are small as expected in a city centre.

Good location and reasonable for Dublin
Spent 2 nights here after arriving in Dublin on a 10 hour flight. Taxi from airport was $40 all in. Good spot to decompress and get ready for a month touring all of Ireland. Convenient walking distance from St Stephens Green and other central spots, pubs, restaurants. Breakfast included is nothing fancy but quite tasty, and sufficient. Staff was very friendly.

In a nice quiet part of Dublin but walking distance to everything you need. Close to pubs and Temple Bar area. You can easily walk to the central part of Dublin from this B&B, and have a quiet nights rest when you are back in for the day. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They let us keep our bags in a locked room since we came early in the morning before check in.

Great Stay
Great location, easy to find. As I was picking up a car at Dublin Airport I emailed to confirm I could park at the back for free - A really good option with a car. Just note space is limited. The staff was really friendly and make you feel at home. The room was at the house at the back so you don't hear the street at all. Only problem was that there were no hot water in the morning.

A hidden gem. 😍

Check-in was easy and friendly. The room was clean and just as expected. We had two twin beds, and the one I was in could have used a new mattress as it was a bit sunk in. It was about a 20-minute walk to the city center, which was perfect for us. I would stay again.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Rooms are very noisy, and cold. At that time the heater didn't work, so I caught a cold. The only redeeming thing of this place was that at least the shower worked.

This is a B&B-type property within walking distance of Dublin city centre, with a lot of amenities close by. My son and daughter stayed here during a recent weekend in Dublin, and told me the rooms were very comfortable and homely and the breakfast was excellent! Friendly and efficient staff at the reception desk.

Lovely place, very comfortable and clean and slept very well. Really put off by the fact that in the event of a fire I'd have to jump out a window down several feet. Pity, I wouldn't stay here again because of that. I was on the second floor!

Location was great. Room size was big. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. Could not sleep, was sinking into the bed. They need to invest in some new mattresses, absolutely horrendous.

It was what we expected. It was clean , beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were good. The staff were very helpful & assisted us with booking taxis, directions etc. Rooms a bit small but we didn't spend much time. Couple of suggestions would be more hooks to hang things, such as wet jackets. Also, would not recommend to a person with mobility issues. Too many stairs.

Great stay, comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was especially lovely, offering both continental and cooked breakfast options. We were also offered to keep our suitcases at the hotel after checking out so we wouldn’t have to lug them around with us to do some last-minute sightseeing. Go-to option for future Dublin visits.
