We had a blast staying at the Intercontinental Hotel Dubai Marina! All the staff from the Front desk to the room cleaning crew to their Breakfast and restaurant team, were nothing short of amazing! They made our stay here one to remember and we would love to return in the future!!

Condition of the room and outside corridor was not what i would expect of a 5 star hotel. Carpet stains, wall stains, lighting not working, air con noisy and poor performing. Touch controls for lighting complicated to use. Tv system was also dated. The stay was mediocre and not value for money on the price paid.

It’s a decent hotel in the marina. Minimal sun at the pool due to high buildings. The mattress was too soft for me. Need more lights in the rooms. Friendly staff.

Excellent hotel and service we would definitely stay again but the alcohol was on the very expensive side this would be the only thing that would put us stay again in hotels in Dubia

Staff was outstanding. Excellent location, which is close to the beach, the Marina, shops, restaurants and transit (to downtown, etc.). I highly recommend the food option, which includes both breakfast (massive buffet) AND dinner (3 course meals). Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel before the check in time and the hotel was very helpful with getting us an early check in. When we went to our room I went to use the bathroom and then was trapped inside. We were unable to open the door. My husband went to try and open the door and the glass began to shatter. I was trying to hold the door so it did not fall in pieces and to avoid getting hurt. My husband called reception to inform them and to send someone urgently. At first they replied that it would take 10-15 mins, unfortunately by the time someone came I lost control of the door and it collapsed. Thankfully there was not much glass anywhere but it was scary to think thankfully my daughter was not in the bathroom. The hotel moved us to another room fairly swiftly which I was grateful for, unfortunately it was not the same as the room I originally booked but we made do as it was only for two nights. The hotel itself was nice and the staff were fairly helpful apart from when I requested for a car to take us to the airport and when we reached downstairs there was no car we was informed we can easily get a taxi. It was 7am in the morning and thankfully we did get an uber but it would have helped if the hotel did arrange a car for us. I do not think I would stay at this hotel again. The location looked great in the map as you can see JBR but the walk was still quite long as you had to walk to the bottom of the road and go all away around you cannot just walk across the street.

This should be your only choice at the marina. Great hotel and even better is the staff. Wonderful and helpful people throughout the property. Can't wait to return.

Simple excellent! This is what I would say is a five star service, excellent views and top notch hotel. The in room dining team went above and beyond to prepare custom meals for my son, multiple times. Fantastic view of the marina, spacious rooms, great service and over all a brilliant stay. Will certainly return to this hotel.
