The property is generally well-maintained and clean, benefiting from its new construction status and the presence of other recent developments nearby. However, this location poses challenges for taxi and food pick-up or drop-off due to its somewhat obscure positioning. Additionally, the area can be quite noisy. During our stay, we encountered issues with the shower drain in one of the two bathrooms, which we reported to the reception, but no action was taken. Furthermore, the air conditioning functioned only in one bedroom, and despite notifying the staff, there was no follow-up on this matter.

The apartment was in construction site, lot of noise, no shops or caffes or restaurants nearby or in walking distances, Too far from public transport, Need private car or Taxi for transport, the building isolated from the city centre and downtown

The apartment is in a construction zone and all around there are construction machinery working with extreme amounts of noise. It was a nightmare. AC inside the unit keeps turning off every 15 minutes and you need to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it back on again. I messaged the host but no use.
