"Nice location right on the Quay, and 5 mins from the old town & port. We asked to drop luggage off before checking in (ferry arrived at 1000), but the staff went above and beyond and had our room ready early. That was a really nice touch. The bus stop is 2 mins walk, and from there it is very easy to connect to Amsterdam, Haarlem & anywhere else you can think of."

"This hotel is awesome! The location is perfect and the staff are also first class. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Haarlem and I would also recommend staying here instead of Amsterdam. You will pay 3x the price in Amsterdam for this quality of hotel and Amsterdam is only a 20 minute train ride away. People are much nicer and more relaxed in Haarlem also."
