"I'm surprised that this was considered a 3 star facility. I'm not pretentious and for the value I consider it a 5 star facility. The customer service was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. My room had all the bells and whistles needed for a 5 day stay. I never expect it to be quiet in a motel/hotel, but for the most part I only heard for a short period the people above me walking. But the place was quiet in between rooms on my floor. Very happy and will look into this organization in travels elsewhere."

"Airport shuttle is only every two hours. So plan accordingly. My room was on the back side and it was very noisy. Sounded like garbage trucks banging around. Started at 3:30 am. But the rooms are clean and comfy and the jagged tub was amazing. "
