"This hotel was booked for us after a disasterous mess up on Hotels.com part. We are still waiting for our refund from our other hotel that was charged the same night, but this hotel was at least safe to land at midnight. If we had chose this hotel to begin with we would have been thrilled. It is in pristine condition!"

"I am not certain how this establishment actually is. Upon arrival we learned our reservation was canceled. They stated they tried to get a hold of us but they never called us. So at 10 p.m. we had no where to go. The lady in the front was so nice and she too was upset by this situation. Said it had happened frequently with their hotel.
Ps- the lobby looks NOTHING like it does in pictures. Which leaves you thinking you made a good choice when you didnt."

"The room was not clean. Screws were missing from items in the bathroom. Drops of soap left on bathroom counters. It was family friendly. Plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. I wish there was a microwave in the room. "

"Room renovations or repairs were apparently in work. Unpainted patches and wall repairs were evident. Carpet needed restoration; strong odor of odor counteractant and occasional strong whiff of maybe urine. Breakfast was very good. Check-out was efficient. Selection of facility was based on an 8.4 rating. Our room was well below 8. "

"The pool was really cold but otherwise our daughter enjoyed it. The staff was excellent, all very nice and helpful. The room and everything was clean however, we did see 3 cockroaches and the entire hotel was EXTREMELY outdated. "
