"The property was well located for my purposes. The room was clean. The exterior (windows) are apparently being renovated. Four wheel drive lifts were present and being used at the time of my stay. Unfortunately, they blocked the entrance most suitable for access to my room. The parking area has deteriorating asphalt which definitely needs maintenance. Although there is no nearby restaurant, the in-house restaurant was not open for dinner. I would likely have used it, had it been available."

"Owner was super nice & prompt in resolving an issue with TV. The room was clean. Clean & comfy bed. Surrounded by grassy area which was perfect for walking dog. No lobby coffee or breakfast- but coffee maker in room. Conveniently located next to large gas station."

"We booked a last minute stay after we checked out of another hotel in town where we had a terrible experience with our room. We should have just booked SpringHill to begin with. The property and rooms are very clean, as was the pool which we enjoyed again. We will be staying at SpringHill anytime we’re in town in the future. Thank you!"
