"This hotel is our go to in Charlotte. The staff is usually VERY helpful. It’s just hard to find them at the front desk. They may be overworked in different other capacities. This trip our microwave did not work. They sent maintenance right away and offered to move us to another room, but it’s too hard for my husband so we stayed in the same room."
