"This hotel is super close to the historic center of Cuenca, which as a whole is very safe. You can walk at night, get amazing food, etc. The hotel staff is super friendly, and everyone is very kind. Things to watch out for: the "game" room is a faulty pool table and foosball set, the internet on the 3rd floor is spotty, and the breakfast/hotel food is subpar. Long story short, not the type of hotel you want to spend the day in, but hey you're right next to everything you'd ever want to explore!"

"The location is good. The receptionist was also very kind. We had to pay for the additional guest around 18 dollars. (I had booked one double room but for 1 person). The room offers plates and cups but they were dirty. In addition, the shower did not work correctly (it changed from cold to warm every 2 minutes). For the price we ended up paying for this hotel (almost 50 dollars), I am sure we could' ve found a better hotel in Cuenca. "
