"Nice place with pancake machine "

"Outdoor pool needs to be heated… I get it that Chico is usually warm, however, it needs to be heated when it’s NOT warm in Chico, which it wasn’t that warm the weekend we were there. The hot tub was GREAT! "

"Room was excellent night staff was great friendly and helpful day clerk was extremely rude and disrespectful to my friend tried to place illegally charges on the room because my friend I've never seen someone behave so I kind hateful and I won't be going back "

"We were given an ADA room, we don't require ADA amenities so we didn't have the counter space, seating, etc that we are accustomed too, the shower was a roll in shower so there was water everywhere when we showered making it slippery and dangerous for us when using the bathroom. The hot tub didn't work, it was warm but the timer didn't turn the bubbles on. I called the front desk and asked for an extra pillow on our first night and they never brough it. I had to call again in the morning to make sure we had it for our last night."

"Our favorite place to stay when visiting the area. Rooms are clean breakfast is always delicious and the hot tub and pool area is great. "

"The welcoming was warm and friendly. The whole place is 10 stars clean . Super confi room, airy , great bed and pillows , brand new bathroom , great shower, very elaborated breakfast ( delicious ) and a very very good cup of coffee . Fast and again friendly check out . The staff was so nice and friendly , it’s refreshing ."
