"We enjoyed our stay. The room was modern and incredibly clean. It included everything we needed. All staff members, whom we encountered, were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. The housecleaning staff was friendly, warm, and accommodating as well. We will stay here again. It was wonderful!"

"The casino was clean. Food was good at Ruthie's. Especially enjoyed the 3 card poker table. Our room was clean and spacious. We will be back!"

"The shower has NO pressure, the pillows are half the size of a normal pillow, no response when I asked for additional pillows, and the bathroom floor was similar to a truck stop bathroom. The hair dyer also had less power than the shower. However, the bed was clean and I got a good nights sleep. I felt safe and secure, but the Customer Service and Amenities sucked!"

"I had to listen to a dog bark and someone beating on a door for about 3 hours. Once that was done then I heard people above me stomp in the room for another hour or so. I went out to the desk 2 times and kinda was ignored. Mentioned again when checking out and was dismissed again"

"The room was adequate (clean and comfortable) but I definitely paid more than I should have for this property. The upstairs hallway smelled like marijuana, the shower was cracked and the staff barely spoke to me. I did not take advantage of the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. I would not book with this hotel again."
