"unfriendly staff, unreliable shuttle bus,the same food served as breakfast, room not cleaned cosinstently and smelling straff (i had to offer a roll-on to a room attendant ). Not being rude or fussy about the roll-on but seriously they don`t wash. Overall, i had a bad experience with the door man AKA the old man who offers to wash your car every morning for money, He offered to push my car when it broke down and expected me to pay him in dollars. I offered 1,000CFA for pushing my car for less...

K Hotel Douala

K Hotel Douala

10/10 Excellent
"I had another excellent stay at K Hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and feels very secure throughout. The service is outstanding, beginning with the comfortable airport transfer and continuing with the friendly and attentive reception staff. The rooms are well maintained and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The poolside restaurant serves excellent food, and the breakfast is of a very high standard. This was my second visit, and K Hotel is now my first choice whenever I am in Douala."
