"Location fine, clean rooms and bathrooms in good size and condition; cleaning staff very friendly; reception okay, not really helpful, no knowledge of where to find which shops - told to use Google; breakfast strictly limited to 10am on weekdays and Saturdays, even when seated advised that all would be cleared at 10am, and clearing effectively started at 09:57am - no flexibility; as hotel guests we generally felt that we had to be forthcoming instead of the other way around."

Great hotel
"When we arrived we had been allocated a different room to the one we booked. It seems this was due to miscommunication from Expedia to the hotel itself. However the staff on the desk were very helpful and resolved the problem within a few minutes. Rooms are spacious and the small kitchette is a huge bonus. "
