"Housekeeping became to be more friendly and courteous for room service. Front desk still have a lot of room to work on. Example, I extended my stay and making arrangement and staff wanted me to come back in the morning. I don’t know what s the difference between now and tomorrow. Just for confirmation only. Stayed here for almost a month and I wasn’t treated as a preferred customer.please, customer service needs to review my complaint. Thank you!"

"Most of the staffs were nice and helpful but the restaurant staffs need to be more efficient. They offered to deliver my breakfast to my room. I waited for at least 45 minutes. I called to to follow up and it was ready to be delivered. I waited again but no one came. I had to come down to pick it up. No apology at all for the delay and bad service."

"Lovely hotel with a lot of security (guard, sniffer dog, bag screening at entry). Very “grand” decor, and views out to the water. The rooms are a good size, showers have great water pressure, comfortable bedding, and features like blackout curtains. "

"Only downside are the windows. They need to be properly maintained as the room I got looked like it hasn’t been wiped from the outside for years already. Overall, a really good place to stay in."
