Staff was very helpful in explaining our different options to transfer to another terminal. The check-in process was smooth and the breakfast offered a large variety of choices. The dining room and our room were clean and comfortable.

Had a lovely stay at Bob W Holland Park. Great location - quiet overall and right in front of a bus stop so it’s easy to get around the city. The room & amenities were quite nice. Rest Boutique Portobello
Check in process didn't work on my phone had to do it on a laptop .no reception on site you have to whats app .so I had go to a pub next door to check in as I couldn't get in the property without checking in.property is fine,clean nothing special.
