"Awful experience. Arrived late on a booking that was made for us. There were multiple rooms that were supposed to have twin beds and all had just a double bed. Thus work colleagues who did not know each other were placed in rooms with one bed. Management was not friendly and made most of the members ..."

"This a very nice hotel with easy access to LHR. My room on the 5th floor even had an office area off one side of the room. The property has a sidewalk and is adjacent to a residential area so it’s safe to get a walk or run in if that something you like to do."
