Top stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Seoul. We stayed for our final 2 nights as it is in a good location due to the metro lines that are nearby. The hotel itself was impressive and the aesthetic is fabulous. Really modern, clean and inviting. The rooms are a great size and are designed nicely. We were also given a free breakfast voucher which was a nice surprise. The breakfast is really good and tastes better when it is free!

I booked Mercure Ambassador Hotel and I was so pleased with my choice of hotel.Had a little issue that was swiftly fixed.The staff is outstanding, they always smiling and will always do their best to help with very good attitude to work and customers.I arrived from the 29th of August to the 7th of September early morning.My checking in was excellent, I was able to get an early check in as I requested.I will recommend anyone to this hotel, the service is exceptional.

The Shilla Soedaemun is at the highest end of budget and none the worse for that. Breakfast is pretty good with Western and Korean options. Room are a little on the small side but quite serviceable - we found there was ample room for two. The metro station outside gives good access to Seoul’s sights, but the hotel is 20 minutes walk away from Seoul Station and there is no easy metro connection - it took us 55 minutes on the metro, most of which was spent walking from one line to another .
