The whole experience of staying at Frampton Arms was very enjoyable. The property was very clean and pleasing to the eye and the Staff made you welcome and very attentive to your needs. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Welcoming from the start with a pot of tea on arrival. Beautiful decor with homely feeling. Room and bed very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious - and all locally sourced where possible. Convenient for the town but need a car really to get down to the promenade. With ample street and some off road parking this wasn't an issue. Free wi-fi a bonus. Would definitely return.

Comfortable overnighter with a child and young puppy in tow. The staff were so welcoming & accommodating, the puppy treated like a VIP, the room tastefully decorated and absolutely spotless. It was a short, comfortable stay to break up a long journey. And breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

A quiet room and nice staff.

We received a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival and were looked after extremely well for all of our stay. The hotel is spotless throughout and is run by a family who want their visitors to enjoy their stay. Food is excellent and is cooked to order. Delicious! Only slight downside is that as this is a small hotel, there are no lifts thus it is not really suitable for those with mobility issues as all rooms are 'upstairs'. For all other visitors, you will enjoy your visit.

Beautiful room with all that I needed for my overnight stay. I dined in the restaurant, and had breakfast, and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend the Belland Crown.

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. Great pub with rooms. Food fantastic

Great position, overlooking Poole Bay. Restaurant was of a high standard, and very polite and efficient staff. Quiet, relaxing stay, well run, nothing was too much trouble, found reception, hotel and restaurant staff very friendly.

Initial impressions were how lovely and clean the lobby and reception area was. We were greeted by a friendly happy receptionist with fantastic customer service and a lovely smile. Our bedroom was lovely and clean though looked like the decorator was over enthusiastic painting the wall and blotting it over the ceiling giving a bit of a tacky look. Other than that I really can't fault it. We ate dinner in the restaurant area, good selection of food and again spotlessly clean and wonderful happy...

We loved this hotel and its central location. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the added plus of having air conditioning made our stay even better. The outdoor space was lovely and we enjoyed drinks in the quiet garden in the evening. The only negative was the breakfast experience. The standard of the food and the selection was very good but the whole dining experience could be improved. The buffet was never fully stocked and we had to wait for food on each of the four mornings...

Helpful and friendly staff. Managed to leave my keys in the hotel room after a 4 hour drive back home. Staff managed to post them back to me, much obliged!
