"The room is clean and funtional. The breakfast is good."

"It is generally ok except the unprofessional front desk service. When I checked in around 10m late night, I was asked 2-3 times which companies I was from, I replied just check name but the front desk kept asking, which was a bad experience. In addition, the staff who served check-in had no name tag. When I asked is there any chance I can get updated on high floor lake view. The reply was: no, you must stay the room you booked. Wow, a great check in experience. "

"가격 대비 괜찮은 선택이었읍니다. 다만, 룸 카펫의 청결도는 좋지 않았읍니다."

"A top end hotel with excellent staff. This hotel is very new and located in a developing area. Facilities nearby are gradually being opened. All in all, a very nice place to stay. Oh and breakfast was WONDERFUL!"
