"I would recommend Picasso Hotel for any traveler that is looking for a budget accommodation (or booking last minute trip on a holiday weekend like us and had very limited mid-priced hotel options). While most of the staff did not speak English, I found the staff very friendly and willing to help. One of the men working (who spoke a little English) helped our group one morning when our rental car wouldn't start. He called the rental agency for us and had someone to the hotel within 10 minutes...

"My team of 9 arrived on a rainy evening and settled in hoping the rolling waves would ease up so that our ship could depart for Ulleung Island in the morning.
