"Great location"

"Hotel was great and the room was very nice. Tons of dining options that are all nearby. There’s a subway station basically across the street. Cabs as always around too if you prefer that mode of transport. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue with the property is the carpets in the area leading to the rooms on my floor should probably be replaced. It’s coming up in areas. Minor detail. "

"The hotel and restaurant inside were amazing, outdated furniture but very clean. Friendly staff and tasty food. Area around was great for shopping but dining options closed at random times outside hotel. Overall, great hotel would go back "

"This hotel is a gem! Our room was spacious with a great view. The hotel has so many property amenities, including a spa, gym, pools, restaurants, and shopping areas. I booked a massage and facial at the spa, and the experience was very relaxing. We ordered room service several times and ate dessert at the Pop-up Plaza, and everything we ordered was delicious. Parking in the garage was easy and convenient. It was a wonderful stay!"
