The area is great for getting to Jalgachi Market and lots of restaurants and shops nearby plus the metro for ease of getting around. We would have stayed longer but they were fully booked. "

"The hotel has superb views. Our room was on the 24th floor with panoramic view of the city, ships in the harbour and skyscrapers. There is a cafe on the 28th floor. The hotel has a gym, sauna and laundry room. It is well located to nearby Lotte Mall, a shopping district, fish market and waterside walking paths. "

"Upon early arrival I waited several hours, spoke to the front desk, and decided not to stay because the property was not as shown in the Expedia listing and felt unsafe and unclean — especially as I was traveling only with my daughter. They immediately said no hot water and air as there is an issue with the plumbing. The front of the hotel, lobby and lobby bathroom is shared with a convenience store."
