Situated between two metro station! Breakfast closed exactly at 9am. At 8:30am they did not refill food, but there were still lot of guests!

So clean!!! But there are only three elevators, you need to wait much time…… The amenities are not free. The place is also a little bit far from the station. I don’t recommend it

The hotel staff were not very proficient in English, which made communication somewhat challenging. The check-in time was excessively late at 4:00 PM, while the check-out time was too early at 10:00 AM. The breakfast hours were rather limited, from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and guests were asked to leave the café immediately after 9:00 AM. Additionally, there were insufficient pillows in the room, and when I requested more, the staff instructed me to collect them from the reception myself.

I extended my stay - so I obviously like the hotel. Friendly staff. Room for 1 person had everything. Nice view from the 18th floor, good internet, mini fridge, kettle, bathtub, Japanese toilet, fresh towels every day and a bottle of water. There is a laundry room on the ground floor. Included breakfast was very different than what I am accustomed to. Not too far from Metro exit 1, 2, 3 and 4. 35 minutes walk from Train station (walk in underground Metro and take Exit 1, then keep walking south). From hotel to airport will take 1h20 using Metro line 1, then line 2, then light train.

When comparing to other hotels in the same chain this is our least favourite due to it's small size, few breakfast tables and the fact that you only serve coffee from a machine for breakfast (there is instant coffee). At breakfast the staff was extremly stressed which affected my stress levels negatively and really irritated me. Fot those of you who have eggs for breakfast: eggs are so hardly boiled they turn grey.

日本の東横インのクオリティと同等で安心のステイでした。3泊しましたが、朝食のメニューが毎日変わり飽きませんでした。地下鉄の駅から徒歩10分くらいかかったのが難点ですが、バス停は目の前で、バスを利用すれば便利な立地でした。
