"Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!"

Her sorumuza sabırla yanıt verdiler ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her konuda hızlıca yardımcı oldular. Özellikle güler yüzlü ve profesyonel ekip, konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu, genel olarak otelin düzeni ve atmosferi oldukça huzurluydu. Ancak bu deneyimi gerçekten özel kılan şey çalışanların misafirperverliğiydi.
