Would not give us or expedia a refund. Manager was rude to his staff Kevin Kay. Photos on site were from a different hotel. Have the tvs were out or missing from the rooms. Dirty. Lots of people angry, trying to get out of their. It was musical rooms with everyone trying to get to a different room. Never book at La Quinta West on Coulter!"
