"This amazing gem is the best experience we have ever had in Europe. It is >700 years old, and so beautifully renovated and preserved at the same time. We stayed in two Comfort Double Rooms first night and it was lovely. And then moved to the Deluxe Apartment, perfect for a family of 4. The staff are warm and kind. "Really lovely little hotel, just a 10-15 minute walk to Mirabell. It might not be the most modern of hotels but it gave it its charm and we had everything we needed. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and it suited our needs for our stay. We'd definitely stay here again if we came back. "
