Dolomiti Superski Trip

The pool area was the most disappointing. The temperature outside was almost 100°, there were only two of the 4 pools open. One pool was boiling like a hot tub. No one dared to stay in that pool. The other pool was much cooler but of course EVERYONE migrated to that pool. None of the waterfalls were on either. We ate at Hash go go at the linq and loved it so we wanted to try it at our resort and ended up waiting almost 45 mins for 2 people due to short staffing issues. The restaurant by the pool guy fieris was not open the entire time. When gambling at the slots the cocktail waitress was complaining to us of being extremely short staffed and it took 30 minutes to get a drink even after her finally coming over after 1 hour of playing the machines . On our check out we had an option for late check out which we took for an additional $20 but when we ate breakfast and returned to our room our card was deactivated and unable to be used in the elevator so we had to go wait in line in the front for awhile. Once we got that resolved we went to the room to nap and was woken up 2x by housekeeping knocking even with a do not disturb on the door so late check out was pointless.

Did not receive VIP benefits, did not even receive bottled water or coffee. No discount on restaurants etc

Great property. Lots of options for restaurants and shops. Outdoor pool is great

It is located in the center I really like it

Loved the Pierside for a quick trip to Santa Monica. Perfect location to walk to the pier, beach and shopping/restaurants. The room was so clean, bed was incredible, so comfy!!! Rented the bikes from the desk and ride to Venice beach, great perk! All staff members were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
