Cannot fault the hotel at all. Service was incredible, staff will go above and beyond, clean rooms and the spa is brilliant! The views from the hotel are incredible as well. Breakfast was amazing too with lots of options - I have never seen protein powder at a breakfast buffet! Just an FYI, you need a universal adaptor if you want to charge anything by your bed. The normal European two pin (round) plug points are by the desk and in the bathroom.

Excellent hotel- food, comfort, views and facilities

Beautiful alpine hotel that is wonderfully located and has stunning views in all directions. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was excellent. Would recommend.

Beautiful place, very well appointed and all things well considered.

Beautiful and staff weee excellent!

Easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Five stars means five stars here. The staff are on hand for everything you could ever need and more. Rooms are huge and spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and the shuttle service is a huge help. Had the most incredible stay - not a single thing to fault!

This hotel is absolutely stunning in every way and I can’t think of a single negative for it! The staff were so friendly and lovely, at check-in, at breakfast, passing in corridors - just lovely. The hotel itself is stunning!! We had a room with sauna and wow!! It was fabulous. The balcony with a view over the beautiful town was just an extra special touch. The room was furnished to perfection and spotless clean. Breakfast was amazing! We both had omelettes freshly made for us, as well as a...

The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
