"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Grand Canyon Western Ranch. The staff was extremely friendly and the kitchen stayed open for us while we were running a bit later. My 4.5 year old daughter said it was her favorite place on our week long trip to Las Vegas, Grand Canyon and Route 66. The location is very close to the West Rim. There a ton of activities to do from feeding the goats, to pony rides, making smores while Cowboy Dave came out to entertain the guests with funny songs and stories. Really an interesting experience staying at a working cowboy ranch."
Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino

"The room was nice enough. However, there was a black hair in the sink when we arrived to our room. There were bobby pins on the nightstand next to the bed as well. So the room definitely wasn’t cleaned well. The casino was fine. Had dinner at the Riverside restaurant… it was truly one of the worst meals of my life. I had mashed potatoes with my dinner and they tasted like sour milk. Obviously, after the first bite, I ate no more, but I was sick to my stomach, the rest of the night. The salad was brown, wilted lettuce with a few croutons on top. I obviously did not eat breakfast at any of the restaurants in the casino after the horrible dinner. (The steak was rubbery, the steamed veggies were okay)
I checked out early in the morning and went to breakfast down the street. Will not be staying there again."

Shower floor slick, no grab bars. Faucets show their age.

"Bed killed my back. No WiFi, even with code. Phone on SOS 90%. Most channels glitched. Restaurant open only Thursday through Sunday. We stayed Wednesday. No table or chair.

"Worse customer service experience. Roaches in the room. Room smells like old people and bedding were wrinkled looks like they didn’t change the bed sheets and pillows after the previous guest. Very rude and unfriendly front desk staff both checked in and out."

"The location was right off the Freeway for easy off , easy on. Close to places to Eat, well lit for a secure stay. Electric Charging available. A nice Breakfast in the morning, i would stay there again"
