"Really fantastic stay. Was easy to access via train/bus (X4/X5 from Penrith) and very close to Keswick town centre. Perfect for anyone looking to escape in the fells. Staff were lovely, breakfast was top, and the spa was one of the highlights of our trip! Loved the room — view was spectacular, tea tray always stocked! Thank you very very very much for our stay — no doubt we’ll be back someday. "

"The Potter suite that I was staying in had the most beautiful view on the lake and the mountains. My comfortable room was being cleaned every day. I can also recommend the bathtub in which I took very relaxing baths. The staff is friendly and accommodated to all of our needs and were overall just very helpful. Taking morning walks to the lake is also something that I enjoyed doing a lot. The hotel truly has a magical garden. I will definitely come back to the Derwentwater Hotel when I visit the Lake District again. "
