"Room was not clean the first room had hair on the bedding as well as stains. The bed looked like it was straightened out not made up. The air conditioning was set to 60 degrees. The second room had spots and hair on that bedding also and the room had baby roaches running around. We checked out and went to a other hotel. After speaking with the hotel they refunded my money but still charged me 90 dollars because we messed up the bedding so they could not rent the room out that night. "

"My trip here occurred during Easter weekend so definitely a busy time. The hotel was wonderful and the staff pleasant to deal with starting with valet outside. Very lovely hotel - crisp, clean, with luxury that's not over the top. My one concern is that, being downtown, this is a noisy area but the soundproofing whether the windows or walls need work. At night there would be loud hangouts on the top level of the parking garage across the street and you could REALLY hear it from inside my room. The room had windows facing this area so I wasn't surprised to hear something, even sirens once, but the amount of noise coming through surprised me. "
