"I was very impressed with the customer service of this location. I was having issues with my card/ spending limits etc. and they went above and beyond to make it work for me and also upholding their business. You don’t see that level of customer service anymore. A stressful situation for me, turned into a smooth one. "

"The maintenence crew would clean out the breakfast food before guests could eat. Our room was dirty pool was closed. "
