Great hotel for the event - literally opposite, a 3-minute walk! Plenty of convenience stores and close to the train station. Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the unexpected upgrade to a room with kitchenette facilities, which was a lifesaver with eating out being pricey.

The room was super clean and very nice, exactly like the pictures. The building was lovely too. The room had all kind of amenities, it was a bit out of the centre but works perfectly as there are loads of options to get you there under 15 minutes!

Great hotel. It is on the outskirts of Zurich though.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location. Staff at bar very attentive and helpful. Room was compact but very efficient and well appointed. We had a small balcony to enjoy views of the River. Close to the old town and shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

A lovely hotel close to the main station which we arrived and departed from. The lobby area was very welcoming. We only stayed overnight and didn’t eat in the hotel, but did have a drink in the bar area in the evening. We’re sure the restaurants (there’s more than one) would also have been lovely.

The reception on arrival, the bell boy, the service, the bar, etc. have only enhanced our stay.

Great staff, very welcoming and helpful

We were recommended this hotel based on it's location and proximity to Sihlcity. (we needed to be based in the area). We had pre-booked a baby cot in the room for our son which I had confirmed via email. Upon arrival, at about 4pm, the hotel receptionist was friendly until I asked if the cot was in the room. He said that there was no cot in the room. He then became quite rude and said that there was nothing he could do since house keeping were no longer available for the day. I referred to my...

Really nice hotel in a pretty quiet area just 15/20mins walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and efficient at check in/out.

Lovely hotel not too far out from the old town and the local station. Breakfast was good best coffee out of a machine ive ever tasted.👍 Would stay here again.

Beautiful views, friendly staff and quiet environment with spacious rooms.

Property spotless and clean. Free use of Laundry facilities and 2 min walk to supermarket. The only downside was that there is no air con ( knew this at time of booking ) A fan is provided which would be sufficient for normal summer heat but unfortunately we booked during a heatwave. Also there is construction work going on next to the apartments and they start work early. That’s ok though if you are not planning on lying in of a morning.

The only minor criticism is that the wardrobe hanging space was too small, and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise, a great hotel and the hotel's restaurants were also very good, as was the breakfast. It is located quite a way outside the city centre, but is right on the lake and the boat stops right outside. We had a car and easily drove into the city, parking is fairly reasonably priced.

Overall, we had a very nice trip. The atmosphere and decor were very nice, and the food was good. The hotel staff were all really wonderful. The location is away from other things, so plan on having to go a distance to eat or plan on eating at the hotel. There was some wear-and-tear in the room (e.g., chipped doors), which was surprising for such a nice, new hotel, but might speak more to the typical clientele, which I assume is more of a party crowd.
