It took 2 days to get trash can replaced. The hurricane required extensive repairs.. Which was a good thing. Three years ago the rooms desperately needed updating, the were bordering on shabby. But the new furniture is so poorly made that it is already needing repairs. Its a shame because the location is so good. We ordered orange juice for breakfast and were served a plastic bottle of juice you would find in a vending machine with no glass. In Florida???

This is like home away from home! Spa services are an integral part of the beauty of this resort! Food and drinks are top notch, and having been there for several visits over the years its great to see familiar faces on staff and receive the best service! Cannot wait to go back!
