"The staff is really welcoming, quick easy checking in and out. Free airport shuttle bus is very convenient and follows the schedules very well. Room is very clean. Didn’t try the free breakfast cuz the earlier flight, but the hotel is very thoughtful, prepared foods in a grab and go bags for customers who have early flights.( a hard boiled egg, one banana, one fresh soft bread and small pouch of cookies). Exceeding my expectations for a transitional stay."

"As an airport hotel having a good restaurant for convenience is essential. Unfortunately, they do not. The restaurant wasn’t busy but we must have waited an hour for food, as did many others in there. When the food arrived, one dish was cold. There was no urgency with the replacement, by the time it came, I my partner had finished eating and then had to wait for me to eat. I did say I would not pay for food which they did immediately accept. "

"The room is clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food and drinks vending machines provided in the rest area are for local use in China only, it recognises a local mobile number in order to use it. The main lobby and all other access areas required a good maintenance and cleaning service. The air is surrounded by cigarette smell. They should locate a smoking area or rest area for smokers."

"Very large family room with modern, large TVs in the room. The pool wasn’t the best and only half full so, although is was one of the reasons we booked here, we didn’t use the pool. Breakfast was great with a lot of selection for food. The biggest drawback was, although they have a no smoking policy, the staff do not police the rooms, even when informed that people are smoking in the rooms. "
