It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

Excellent throughout. Close enough to enjoy the city center (15mins by car) and beach (20mins by car), without getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of crowds. Exceptional staff, both caring and informative.

Staff were not helpful, I felt that I am bothering them if I ask for help. For football fans I would not recommend to go during the World Cup as there is no any chance to watch any match. Hotel has sky provider for TV that blocks World Cup matches on RAI 1 National TV. I every day asked hotel staff to contact sky to not block matches without success. The staff answered was always that nothing can be done as sky provider controls blocking world cups matches.
